Will the foreclosure rate get worse before it gets better?

The number of people in the U.S. who need help with foreclosure is at a startling rate and projected to get worse before it gets better.

“A foreclosed home for every single person currently living in Denmark still wouldn’t exceed the number of homes expected to be foreclosed on in the U.S. by the end of 2013,” according to data from one Federal Reserve President, Huffington Post.

Despite some recent news of the foreclosure crisis possibly ending in the near future, the Center for Responsible Lending recently estimated that “the nation is not even half way through the foreclosure crisis,” as reported in the Huffington Post.

No one can truly predict what the next few years will bring, but until then, there are ways to help find a way out of disaster’s path. The Mortgage Forensic Audit can help homeowners get the loan modification many of the major banks are constantly denying those in need of help with foreclosure.
